This is a story about a girl....

These are some of the photos I have made doing self-portrait project 365. I didn't finish it, but I think I did reach something around 300 photos of myself or even more, because in one day I maybe did many different ideas and still were usabel so if I missed out one day, I could post one of the "previously done ones" . But here are a little bit of them, I am not keen to go through my folders now, I found this folder with some of them and gonna post without edit.. Oh dear. Was a great time doing it, now it is interesting to see how I felt/looked at that time period. On flickr where is this project (now most of them are hidden because I havent paid for my PRO account...) are descriptions as well,so, more depth to put together photo with text. 

I am surprised about my ideas for some photos, now I don't think I could do such a thing!

These I tried to make similar to the set of "veronica decides to die", but not always there was the right feeling for the photograph.

I used these for my SP365 project on flickr. I had ideas what I want to see in the photos, tried and tried, and tried, but never came out exactly what I was aiming for. I might like two photos of me standing next to the field wearing black cloths, and then in white dress in the middle of field, I like those, but I am not loving the rest of them, I like to show any sort of picture/image/work/photograph I have produced only because it shows the my attitude towards photography, and that I have ideas, but as it happens to artist sometimes the inspiration is lost. 

Inspired by "Veronica decides to die". It is my own personal observation and exploration of my state of mind. The summer borught many new incredible intense situation, that I was feeling close to breakdown. But using visual language of photography, expressing my feelings into a photo, I was becoming to feel better. It as like a therapy to me. And since I had read this book, I was charactising Veronica with my own life and myself, I felt this book is written about me, how I was feeling inside, while I still had my positive smile upon face and was saying that nothing is going to hold me back, I will get through anything. 

These are the other outtakes I have done, but I don't see them good enough to include in the set, but I still like them and would like to include them in this post.

And I was thinking to add more dramatic atmosphere using "Sepia" filter. But in the end I don't like them that much, I think colour photos describes the story better, instead of having sepia, which looks like I am seriously mentally ill and that house is a mental people recovering house....
